So much I can say about Dawn and it all started about a year ago when I was accepted into grad school. We met Dawn at one of her open houses in the neighborhood where we wanted to purchase a home. We talked with Dawn at the open house and we decided to have her do a market analysis on our home the following day. We had tried to sell our home with another real estate agent 6 months prior and it was a bad experience and we were extremely hesitant to list again.
